Our Story

Founded in 2026 while planning our own wedding, we realized we wanted to create something more personal than what we were finding. That simple idea became Dolce Vita Catering, where every event is treated like a celebration with family.

Alessandra was born and raised in Sassari, Sardinia, where meals are about family, tradition, and bringing people together. Together, Derek and Alessandra blend Italian hospitality with American favorites to create elegant, homemade meals for every occasion.

We proudly cater weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, graduations, anniversaries, business lunches, holiday celebrations, family reunions, and other special occasions for groups of up to 100 guests.
